About us
We are a niche private client law firm based in Yorkshire. We advise in relation to wills, powers of attorney, inheritance tax and succession planning, the administration of estates including obtaining grants of probate, trusts and related matters.
We also have extensive knowledge of property matters, including agricultural and rural properties, and we can carry out a wide range of property work. Although our property work is mostly of an advisory nature or connected with inheritance tax and succession planning, we also carry out sales and purchases of high value residential and rural properties.
Our service
With modern technology we have chosen to practice from a rural location in Nidderdale where we can work effectively and efficiently. Our clients are based throughout Yorkshire. We have meeting room facilities on the outskirts of York and frequently meet our clients at their own business premises or homes.
We appreciate most people work during the day and we can see you at times convenient for you so please let us know if you would prefer an appointment outside normal working hours.
We have a very good knowledge of the Yorkshire legal market and for areas of law outside our expertise we will be able to refer you to a firm to act on your behalf.
